D'haus
The Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus, or D'haus for short, is a company theater in Düsseldorf, the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia. The theatre building on Gustaf-Gründgens-Platz was designed by Düsseldorf architect Bernhard Pfau and built between 1965 and 1969 as a spoken-word theatre, commissioned by the city of Düsseldorf. The Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus is the only state theatre in North Rhine-Westphalia.
