Schauspiel Frankfurt
World Premiere
A group of young people—presumably friends—hold tickets for the last train. But when it fails to arrive, they realise something is amiss in this place. They search for an exit, an entrance, or any sign of progress or change, yet they remain stuck in place. They can no longer tell whether they are imprisoned or free... Writer and director Bonn Park—whose debut at Schauspiel Frankfurt, *They Them Okocha*, was nominated for the Mülheim Playwriting Prize—explores the horror genre in this new work. The setting is a public space: a dreary train station or a deserted city center where former social certainties have morphed into a profound coma of helplessness, and "Made in Germany" has come to signify the engineering of panic.
