He has worked as a resident director with Sydney Theatre Company and held the position of Artistic Associate and Curator of the Maali Festival at Black Swan State Theatre Company, while also collaborating with Ilbijerri Theatre Company, Yirra Yaakin, Malthouse, and Melbourne Theatre Company.
