Katherine Allen

Katherine Allen is an Australian soprano and stage performer known for her classical vocal training and versatility across opera and musical theatre. Born in Sydney, she studied at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and earned a Master of Performance from the Royal College of Music in London. She made her operatic debut at the Sydney Opera House as Paquette in Candide and has since performed in major productions across Australia and Europe. Her repertoire includes both classical and contemporary works, demonstrating her ability to combine demanding vocal performances with expressive character portrayals. She received a Green Room Award nomination for her portrayal of Cunégonde in Candide with Victorian Opera. She also performs as Carlotta Giudicelli in The Phantom of the Opera in Cologne.
