Silicon Valley, 1997. Mark is an optimistic dreamer on the verge of losing his job overnight. While others crunch the numbers, he charges ahead, trusting nothing but his animal instinct. Then there's Reed, a shrewd strategist armed with cold logic and data, who ultimately bets everything on Mark's reckless intuition. As different as oil and water, these two unlikely partners find themselves entangled by one audacious idea: renting movies online.
