WAR FACE

About the show

At the Royal Hospital Chelsea, a community of British Army veterans reflect on lives shaped by service. Weaving together real experiences across generations, War Face is a brand-new play by Georgie Dettmer, created with serving and retired soldiers. Directed by Jess Edwards, reuniting with Dettmer following their award-winning Royal Court production Are You Watching? Performed by a company made up of army veterans and actors, War Face is a funny, frank and deeply moving look beyond the uniform we think we know.
