About the show

The Babák Collective and Subi Lee are a group of young contemporary puppetry artists from the Stuttgart School. With The World Tastes Like Lemon, they bring their first joint production for young audiences to the stage. The performance explores the small, familiar things we encounter at home — teacups, tea bags, and lemons — and playfully transforms them into a world of encounters, conflicts, and connections. Fresh, sour, cheeky, and bright, The World Tastes Like Lemon invites young audiences to discover how the simplest things can come alive through play.
