MATILDA

About the show

Matilda is a musical based on Roald Dahl’s beloved novel and was first introduced to Korea in 2018 as the first non-English production of the show. It follows Matilda, a brilliant young girl who stands up against her neglectful parents and the cruel headmistress Miss Trunchbull. With its imaginative staging, energetic music, and talented young performers, the Korean production celebrates courage, friendship, and the power to change one’s own story.
