About the show

A young woman arrives at the house she plans to share with her secret girlfriend, but her mother's warning about ghost month goes unheeded. By taking an orange from the family altar and a coin from the street, she unwittingly invites a hungry ghost into both their lives. As the supernatural entity begins to possess her, she loses control of her body while her carefully constructed web of lies unravels. This darkly comedic horror play explores the tension between superstition and rationality, featuring Olivier Award nominee Mei Mac in her debut performance directed by Ailin Conant.
