About the show

Set in 1920s Chicago, CHICAGO follows two women who find themselves in prison for murder—and will do anything to become famous. Roxie Hart dreams of becoming a star, while Velma Kelly is already a celebrated vaudeville performer. When their paths cross behind bars, they turn to the charismatic lawyer Billy Flynn, who knows exactly how to turn crime into headlines. With its iconic jazz score, sharp choreography, and dark satire of fame, media, and the justice system, CHICAGO is a dazzling tale of murder, ambition, and celebrity. The Korean production, first introduced by Seensee Company in 2000, returns in 2026 for another season.
