Lempicka is a sweeping biographical musical following the life and loves of trailblazing Art Deco painter Tamara de Lempicka. It traces her harrowing escape from the Russian Revolution, her rise to fame as a fashionable portraitist in 1920s Paris, and her intense emotional conflict between her husband and a free-spirited new muse.
