About the show

Ever wondered WTF your pet is thinking and feeling? Chicken In A Biscuit might just help you find out. From a grieving pug owner to a bunny-obsessed dentist, it is a series of bittersweet monologues starring Mandy Bishop and Jamie Oxenbould exploring how our animals can make – or break – our hearts. The two performers inhabit a cast of humans, dogs, and one particularly vivacious cat, in a funny, moving, and sometimes bizarre night where unconditional love comes with teeth. Through the eyes of both pet and owner, we explore what it means to be truly known.
