Joseph William Locke, known as Joe Locke, is a Manx actor who rose to fame for his role as Charlie Spring in the Netflix series Heartstopper. He was chosen for the role through an open casting call, beating out 10,000 other actors. Locke received two Children's and Family Emmy nominations for Outstanding Lead Performance, winning in 2026. He has also appeared in the MCU as Billy Maximoff in Agatha All Along and as Tobias in a Broadway revival of Sweeney Todd.
