André De Shields

André De Shields is an American actor, director, singer, and choreographer with a career spanning theatre, television, and film. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, New York University, and Wilmington College, he has worked extensively in musical theatre and received an Emmy Award for his contributions to performance. Among his notable work is *The Instigators*.
